Gale McLean and the Contractor Benefits Group is wonderful to work with. They are knowledgeable, helpful and always available, especially for our employees who directly utilize our SUB plan. Although our plan is small, it is growing by word of mouth with our employees - thanks to Gale who has made it so easy for the participants to get their benefits quickly. We have been pleasantly surprised that the administration of the plan is minimal, which is key for employers like us. Having a vehicle for funds while our employees are temporarily out of work has been a great addition to our benefits package!
